Glory Bowl Power Salad

A vibrant, nourishing bowl packed with wholesome ingredients to fuel your body and spirit.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
• 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes (cubed)
• 1/2 cup chickpeas (roasted or boiled)
• 1/2 avocado, sliced
• 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
• 1/4 cup shredded carrots
• A handful of baby spinach or kale
• 2 tbsp tahini or a light vinaigrette
• Salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
Instructions:
1. Arrange all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Drizzle with tahini or your favorite dressing.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
